Change of mind
Due to the nature of our store, we cannot accept 'change of mind' or exchange returns on any products.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, items solds as 'pre-owned' or gift cards.

 

Returns Period
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return if the item is damaged or faulty, in line with the above points. Return requests will not be accepted past this time (excluding standard warranty terms where applicable) .

 

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’re here to help. Please follow these guidelines:

  1. Timeframe for Returns

    • Damaged or faulty items must be reported and returned within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Return Process

    • Items must be returned to us for assessment.
    • Please ensure the item is packaged securely to prevent further damage during return transit.
  3. Cost of Return Postage

    • The buyer covers the cost of return postage for the item being assessed.
    • We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.
  4. Shipping Costs for Replacements

    • If the item is deemed damaged or faulty, The Diecast Dealership will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
  5. Outcome of Assessment

    • If the item is found to be damaged or faulty, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
      • Refund
      • Replacement
      • Repair
  6. Exclusions

    • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or modification of the item will not be eligible for returns
    • After delivery, standard warranty terms and conditions apply (where applicable).

We will then evaluate your issue and provide further instruction/advice.

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Take photos of the packaging to document its condition.
  2. Take photos of the damaged item to highlight any visible issues.
  3. If the item is not functioning correctly, take a video of the damaged item to demonstrate the problem.
  4. Email us at support@diecastdealership.com with the following information:
    • Your order number.
    • The photos and/or videos of the packaging and item.
    • A description of the issue.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@diecastdealership.com.
