Delivery Protection
All orders are covered for damage or loss during transport, subject to protection T&C's.
Delivery Times
We provide a delivery time estimate at checkout for your order. This is an estimate only and can vary due to many factors such as remote locations and local infrastructure.
Processing time
In most cases orders are dispatched within a maximum of 2 days.
Delivery locations
We ship to most locations globally, if we are unable to ship to your location, we will refund your order in full.
Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information for your package/s.
Split deliveries
In some cases, orders with multiple items will be dispatched in separate shipments that may come from different locations.
Shipping restrictions
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel collection points or other non-standard addresses. Please ensure you enter an address that is a physical residential or business location.
Shipping General
We work with various partners around the world to dispatch your models in the most efficient way.
Transfer of custody
Once the delivery partner marks your order as delivered, the item/s are considered transferred into your custody and you accept full responsibility of the item/s and/or package from this point forward.
Lost or damaged items
If your item is not delivered or damaged in transit, please contact support@diecastdealership.com within 7 days of the latest estimated delivery date. If the claim is approved, you will be refunded accordingly.
Estimated Transit Times
All estimated shipping times are estimates only as provided by our shipping partners. Shipping times may vary due to various delays such as peak periods or logistical challenges. By ordering with The Diecast Dealership you acknowledge that these timeframes are not a guarantee and The Diecast Dealership accepts no responsibility for late orders.
